nole in the barn

nole pizza first made an appearance here at The Pembroke when we decided to convert the old barn and previous saddle room into a pizza kitchen and dining space. It now has its own little shop in Salisbury – nole on the square, and appears at some of our other pubs too.

We use a traditional Neapolitan recipe which makes the dough chewy and the crusts the best part. This aside, we try not to look at ourselves as an Italian pizza joint, and instead like to use the abundance of wonderful produce we’re surrounded by. We also like to get creative so don’t expect your traditional pizza toppings, though our no.1, mozzarella and basil, is always there for those of you who prefer things classic.

You can enjoy your pizza at the pub, in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you like to be honest. Call 01722 743328, option 3, to place an order.
