nole in the barn
nole pizza first made an appearance here at The Pembroke when we decided to convert the old barn and previous saddle room into a pizza kitchen and dining space. It now has its own little shop in Salisbury - nole on the square, and appears at some of our other pubs too. We use a traditional Neapolitan recipe which makes the dough chewy and the crusts the best part. This aside, we try not to look at ourselves as an Italian pizza joint, and instead like to use the abundance of wonderful produce we’re surrounded by. We also like to get creative so don’t expect your traditional pizza toppings, though our no.1, mozzarella and basil, is always there for those of you who prefer things classic.
Please note that we don't take reservations for our terrace or under our stretch tent for groups of less than 8, but you are more than welcome to book a table inside at our bar or in our pub restaurant if you’d rather.
