Reservations
Your room can be booked up to 12 months in advance, subject to availability. We accept most major credit cards (excluding Amex or Diners).
Reservation can be made by phone Monday to Saturday 9am - 10pm and Sunday 9am – 3pm or by email at any time. All email reservations will be confirmed by return email.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and all bookings and are non refundable.
Payment
Payment should be made at the time of booking by cash or the following credit/debit cards: Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Solo. You must provide us with the house number and postcode of the registered address of the card.
Third Party Bookings
If you are making a third party booking i.e. a booking for someone other than yourself, confirmation will need to be emailed to us stating:
- Date of Arrival
- Number of Nights
- Name of Guest
- Credit card number to be used
- Credit card expiry date
- The three-digit security number on the back of card
Arrival & departure
You can check in anytime after 3.00pm on the day of arrival. Please advise at the time of booking if you will be arriving after 6pm.
Please note that if you are checking in after 3pm on a Sunday, you may be required to call us to gain access. We don’t have a night porter so arrivals on any day after 10.00pm need to be arranged with us before you book your reservation. If you have not checked in by 10.00pm and did not notify us to that effect, we reserve the right to re-let the room.
Check out is 11am on the day of departure. Please leave your key at reception when departing.
Smoking
We operate a strict no-smoking policy throughout the hotel, including the guest rooms. Guests found to be smoking in the hotel building will be charged the price of a two-night stay.
Smoking in the hotel grounds is permissible.
Other Charges
Unreturned keys £50.00.
Towels taken £15.00.
If you wish to depart before your planned departure date on a multi-night booking, please inform reception or the duty manager in the restaurant before 11.00am, although unfortunately no refunds can be made.
All pricing information is subject to the following conditions:
- We reserve the right to vary prices and details without notice, except for confirmed paid reservations. Prices are correct at time of writing.
- All prices include VAT at 17.5% (20% from Jan 2011). We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time if this rate is changed.
