Reservations


Your room can be booked up to 12 months in advance subject to availability.
We accept most major credit cards but not Amex or Dinners.
Reservation can be made online 24 hours or by phone Monday to Saturday 9am - 10pm and Sunday 9am – 3pm or by email at any time. All email reservations will be confirmed by return email.


Full payment at the time of booking is required for all bookings.

In the event that a customer has to cancel, we will refund amount equivalent to the re-let value only if we can re-let the room.


Cancellations


No refunds will be made for cancelled rooms unless we have managed to re let the room. Refunds on those occasions will be made to the re let value.


Payment


Payment is due at the time of booking by cash, personal cheque (supported by banker's card)
or the following credit/debit cards: Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Solo, we accept business cheques if guaranteed by a valid credit card.


Third Party Bookings


If you are making a third party booking i.e. a booking for someone other than yourself, confirmation will need to be emailed to us confirming the booking details of the guest. The confirmation should include the following information:

  • your Reservation reference number, if you have one;
  • date of Arrival;
  • number of Nights;
  • name of Guest;
  • guarantee credit card number;
  • card expiry date;
  • the three digit security number on the back of card; and
  • whether the invoice is to be sent to the cardholder or given to the guest.

Arrival & departure


You can check in anytime after 2.30pm on the day of arrival.
Please advise at the time of booking if you will be arriving after 6pm. We don’t have a night porter so arrivals after 10.00pm have to be arranged before reservation is made.
Your invoice for additional services is payable at reception when checking out.
You will need to check out before 11am on the day of departure.
Please leave your key at reception when departing.

Please note that on Sundays we may close after lunch and that access is restricted to bedrooms only. If you are checking in after 3pm on Sundays, you may be required to call us to gain access.


Smoking


We are operating a strict no smoking policy throughout the hotel including the guest rooms. In the event of guests smoking in the rooms disregarding this policy, we will charge the guest an amount equivalent to a night stay for each night stayed! (if stayed for two night we’ll charge for four).


All information is subject to the following conditions:

  • we reserve the right to vary prices and details without notice except for confirmed reservations. Prices are correct at time of going to press;
  • if you wish to depart before the planned departure date on a multi-night booking please inform the reception or the duty manager in the restaurant before 11.00am although refunds only as in cancellation policy.
  • Written authority is required when credit card bookings are made on a business account card on behalf of a third party
all prices include VAT at 17.5%. We reserve the right to adjust prices if this rate is changed at any time
