Being a family run operation,
we have the flexibility that many other larger operations cannot
match and we pride ourselves on our personal attention to detail
in exceeding your expectations.
We have two main function rooms
for the larger occasions, each of which is capable of accommodating
up to 100 people, but which can also be arranged to seat a lesser
number for formal lunches or dinners. In addition to the
main suites, we have a large, attractive walled garden on which
marquees can be erected, providing a perfect location for garden
parties or formal dinners.
We will work with you to design all the elements of your function,
including the choice of menu and bar, decoration, music, DJ, flowers
and any other detail that you may require to make your event a
success.
With easy road access form the A30 and the A36 and with ample parking
for your guests, the Pembroke Arms is the ideal location for your
next special function.
Saddle Room
The Saddle Room is a stand
alone suite, a few steps away from the main building, providing
a discrete location for up to 100 people. The suite
has its own dedicated bar facility as well as an inbuilt dance floor. It
can be decorated and set up in a wide variety of different ways dependent on
your requirements. With easy access to the main building and also to
the walled gardens, this facility provides a wonderful venue for your function.
The Regency Suite
The Regency Room is a beautiful,
grand room with a high ceiling and large windows and is located
on the first floor of the hotel. It typifies the grandeur
of the Georgian era and provides a fantastic setting for that special occasion. It
can cater for up to 80 people, depending on the configuration of tables
and chairs required for those attending. The Suite can be decorated to
your liking and a wide range of different menus and bar options are available.
Walled Gardens
The Pembroke Arms is a striking
Georgian building and stands in grounds and gardens that extend
for more than one and a half acres. Two small streams run
down each side of the garden and a number of mature trees complement
the attractive lawned areas. Marquees can be erected in the
gardens as a fantastic location for that special dinner celebration
or for a drinks party.
