Our main conference room has
recently been upgraded to house some of the most up to date technology
including built-in multimedia projectors (3,200 Ansi Lumen), DVD,
CD, PC access, broadband internet access and high quality sound
systems. In addition, we have three other conference rooms, all
of which can be equipped with appropriate equipment to suit your
individual requirements.
Located just off the A30 and the A36 in the historic town of Wilton
and with ample parking for all attendees, the Pembroke Arms is the
ideal environment for you to gain maximum benefit from your meeting
or conference.
Details of facilities
We offer a range of different facilities that can be adapted
for your specific needs:
Saddle Room
The Saddle Room has recently
been upgraded with state of the art technology and equipment to
provide one of the most up to date, specialist conference facilities
to be found in the area. This room is a stand alone unit, a few steps away
from the main building, providing a confidential and discrete location for up
to 100 people, depending on the configuration of tables and chairs required. DVD,
video, TV, PC access, wireless broadband internet access and high quality sound
systems are all available to be used in this room for a range of meetings including
training sessions, product launches, sales presentations, planning meetings,
departmental meetings, AGMs and EGMs, company celebrations and many similar such
events. With
easy access to the main building and also to the walled gardens, this facility
provides a wonderful venue for your meeting.
Regency Suite
The Regency Suite is a beautiful,
grand room with a high ceiling and large windows and is located
on the first floor of the hotel. It can cater for up to
100 people, depending on the configuration of tables and chairs required
for those attending. The latest multimedia equipment is available for this
room together with broadband access and PC access as required. The Regency
Suite is ideal for a range of meetings, similar to those described for the Saddle
Room.
Pembroke Room
The Pembroke Room is on the
ground floor of the hotel and is suitable for smaller meetings
of up to 10 people. It is an ideal venue for confidential
gatherings such as board meetings, board and/or senior management
strategy sessions, confidential interviews, management reviews
and other similar such meetings.
Regency Syndicate Room
The Regency Syndicate Room is on the first floor of the hotel
and connects with the Regency Suite. It is suitable for smaller
meetings of up to 10 people and an ideal venue for confidential
gatherings such as board meetings, board and/or senior management
strategy sessions, confidential interviews, management reviews
and other similar such meetings. It can also be available as part
of the Regency Suite as a break out room or for the serving of
refreshments during the day.
Walled Gardens
The Pembroke Arms is a striking
Georgian building and stands in grounds and gardens that extend
for more than one and a half acres. Two small streams run
down each side of the garden and a number of mature trees complement
the attractive lawned areas. The gardens are an ideal location
for a marquee in which to enjoy lunch or dinner as part of your
conference or to celebrate the end of the conference with a drinks
party.
Catering
Whilst we are happy to design a specific menu to suit your needs, we find that most conferences and meetings are best catered for as follows:
- coffee and tea, including herbal teas, served with Danish pastries on arrival;
- coffee and teas, including herbal teas served, with biscuits at a mid morning break;
- a two course lunch served in the restaurant/bar area of the hotel including:
- a cold buffet that includes a choice of meats and fish, together with a selection from a range of different salads;
- a hot dish of the day such as Moroccan lamb or chicken curry;
- orange juice and iced water;
- choice of fresh fruit salad and a desert of the day such as raspberry roulade; and
- coffee or tea;
- coffee and tea, including herbal teas, served with cake in the afternoon break
Iced water and mints are included on each delegate’s table and there is no limit to the coffee and tea consumed during the conference.

Rates (All exclude VAT)
Our Day Delegate Rate is only £30.00.
For Saddle Room & Regency Suite minimum of 15 delegates are charged for but no room hire charged.
For Pembroke Room minimum charge is for 6 delegates + £60.00 room hire.
Saddle Room hire without catering £375.00 per day including multimedia projector.
Regency Suite without catering £325.00 per day.
Multimedia projector £75.00
Tea & coffee £3.50 per person per serving.
Unfortunately we are unable to hire rooms and let delegates choose from menus.
