The Pembroke Arms is a family run business with a focus on personal touches to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay and return at some point in the future.
The Pembroke Arms Hotel was given Four Stars for its accommodation in March 2008 by Visit Britain but because they have insisted we drop the 'hotel' from our name we had no option but to opt out of the grading system.
The hotel is unique in its setting with almost two acres of garden bordered by a river, yet in the centre of Wilton town. The hotel was built in 1810 as a coaching station, then owned by the Estate of the Earl of Pembroke.
The world renowned spectacle, Stonehenge is only eight miles away and is certainly always worth visiting if you are in the area.
Three miles away is the ancient city of Salisbury. Spend the day wondering around the beautiful city and visit its breathtaking Cathedral that is famous world-wide. Salisbury also boasts a large market that is held every Tuesday and Saturday morning reflecting some of the history to be found in this region.
Just across the road from the hotel is Wilton House, the stately home of the Herbert family, The Earl Of Pembroke. The House and Gardens are open to the public from mid March to the end of September and is an excellent attraction to visit.
